it can be done a few ways- but the basic idea is you need to remove the
old spare tire carrier 'pan' and fashion a new one that is a bit bigger.
It is fairly easy to do and shouldn't cost much for a fab shop to crank
out. there is a web page out there somewhere that addresses this but i
can't seem to find it...
