Thank you for making me look further into this weird turn signal light problem.  As you recall when I put on my drivers side turn signal the parking and license plate light would flash brightly and the turn signal light would flash but dimly. Of course only the turn signal light should flash hence the question earlier.

I thought I had checked all of the grounds before I asked the group but then after I asked, you got me thinking of "Hawkems Razor" It states that the simplest answer is usually the right one! low and behold there under the control box was another ground.  That turned out to be the culprit. My signals are working fine now.. Thank you all who responded!!
