Folks,
  I'm in the middle of repainting my wiper arms to get rid of some light rust.
   The driver's side wiper arm, however, will not come off the bolt.  I
  loosened the nut, removed the washer, and let some WD-40 soak in for awhile,
  but no luck.  Any good way of getting the thing off?  I've been treating it
  pretty gingerly thus far.
