Get a Super Turbo muffler, with a little minor work, it bolts into the stock
location, has a lifetime warranty, sounds cool and is not too loud.  My
supports were good so it only cost me:

Muffler $55.95 (Price has gone up to @$64 I believe...)
Self made strap: $3
3 bolt Flange (muffler comes with a two bolt)  $5.00
Monza single chrome slant resonator  $29.95
Clamp (later replaced with a weld) $2.95
