Well, there's no relay behind 3.  The relay that the local foreign parts
dealer is a 4 pin relay and there's only a three pin relay behind 1-2 but it
doesn't look like any thing attaches to 3.  There are a couple of larger 5
pin relays at the other end of the fuse block but these don't affect the
wipers working with the key off.

Any nifty ideas of where to look out there?
