This question is to California residents who may have moved here with a car from out-of-state. My cousin is moving to San Diego from Seattle and has two Volvos (84 and 98). Is she going to have to spend a lot and jump through hoops to register these un-California cars? (Getting smogged, etc.) Any Vanagons been in a similar situation?
