I called Michelin customer care, told them that I had a Vanagon, that I was
switching to 15" rims and the location where I was going to have them
installed.  They sent a set of five out to Walmart (they matched Cosco's
price $109 including lifetime balancing) and they put them on. The tires are
being held back in emergency reserve and only let out on an as need basis (so
I was told by the rep).

That is how I got my set of five...
