New Mexico is trying to make California look smart, something hard to do. We just enacted a law outlawing all propane tanks without a overflow valve (not a float valve). This pretty much obsoleted 50% of all propane tanks in the state. And what do you do with the old ones? No one has a clue. But if it does, Move. tim in san jose (wishin' I had some green chile for my chicken rellinos) >Hi All, > >New Mexico has recently passed a law requiring floats on all propane tanks >to prevent overfilling.
