Leaves ultra thin atmospheric barrier to protect the metal from further damage" I spray it on the rusty areas after it rains (once my van is dry again) Its nice and thin so it seeps into the hard to reach areas. A year ago I hit the seam behind the sink/fridge and it stopped the rust.
