If the body is truly nearly perfect, that would be enough for me.  Anything
else is a matter of unbolting and replacing, but if the body has started to
rot, much money can be spent with an end result of only delaying the rusting
problem while never eliminating it.  In buying my most recent Vanagon, I had
to deal with the arguably the biggest A-hole I have ever met and give him far
more money than he deserved solely because he was holding the title of a
rust-free Syncro.
