Master cylinder about $50.00 Rear brake cylinders about $18.00 each I quart brake fluid about $ 5.00 for DOT4 You can do it and screw it up about ten times for $1000.00 Get a copy of Hayes or Bentley manual its a very simple job but somewhat nasty on the rear cylinders.
