I read about this topless car wash (run by two entrepreneurial young women)
in the San Jose Mercury News.  The article said that the local FD took the
fire truck in to get it cleaned -- also that the city fathers were trying
to put the ladies out of business, but were having trouble doing so as
state law only prohibits exposing one's genitals...
