I got it figured out...
       The offside is the side that gets brought over the blue line when
another player has already crossed the blue line ahead of it.  Remember, when
crossing the blue line with your propane cannister, make sure your teammates
are clear of the zone.  We should have asked a canadian aboot this 'offside'
stuff.
