One of the many reasons that I have purchased tires from Discount Tire
(or America's Tires) is that they ALWAYS finish the lug nuts by hand
with a torque wrench.   When I first saw that I realized that they might
know what they are doing and might even care about their customers.  I
have never been disappointed during the last 15+ years of dealing with
them exclusively.
