I've done it now.  In preparations for your 2,500 mile
trip to British Columbia, I decided to install new
Bosch quad plugs - I thing the # is 4477.  Anyhow
after installing them the first time -I didn't realize
you had to unscrew the tip of the plug, very stupid
yes indeed.  To save many words, 2 and a half hours
later, after doing what was necessary  I tried to
start my 91 syncro again and only heard  a struggling
motor trying to turn over.

Any words of wisdom ?  I used the proper torque
settings, checked all the wires I might have hit, used
the car electrical contact stuff and have made sure
all connections are solid .  Could I  have flooded the
motor in other attempts to start up?
Any advice would be welcome.

So much for putting in the new water pump today!
