Mr. Kevin,
Take the screws out of the front of the seat bottom.
Please take a hacksaw blade and cut the bottom lip of the plastic cover
for the heater, in the bottom corners.
Then take the cover off.
Then your done.
Please do not take the whole seat out.
To much to do for little.
