I've been watching this link and I've just got to throw this in.
Maybe its not an ignition buzz.
If the radio is one of the newer models that require two ground and two
speaker wires it could just be a wire crossed going to the speakers. Or
possibly the radio was instaled using only the old three wire
configuration.
