Hello Folks,  The girl and I are taking our westie "Elsa" to the Bay area
for a wedding in late august,  afterwards we'll drive down the coast and
visit some relatives in san diego.  Since we want to go in a slow way, we
fully expect to camp some along some.  Take in some mountain biking where
we can,  hopefully camp on the beach.  Has anyone been there enough to know
any  good campsites along the way?  The rougher and more remote the
better.  Anything else worth stopping for would be bonus.   We will be
traveling hwy 1 the first week of september if anyone is interested to
caravan.
