I have a defective expansion valve on my vehicle, and no one can cross reference the number. Maybe you can help. It is a replacement and I had the hoses replaced, so standard vehicle expansion valve may not work. Vehicle is an 84 Vanagon camper.

The number is 249-41-8743 or 249-41-0743

Thanks,
George
