Gary, the standard replacement for the Marshall Brass 260 regulator that
was stock is the Marshall Brass 290 (since the 260 is no longer
made). It's about two inches longer than the 260 and requires some bending
of the tubing going up into the van.

You shouldn't use a single-stage regulator -- it's not legal for RV use, it
doesn't regulate the pressure closely enough for proper operation of stove
and fridge, and it very likely does not have an excess-flow-preventing POL
spud that shuts off flow if the regulator is knocked off or the system
springs a large leak. Look in any catalog at the single-stage regulators
and you'll see "not approved for RV use."
