Great Post there, Mark. This is exactly what we need,
sharing of personal experience with other listees,
since we can't all do the investigations...
The screw-type clamp problem is well know on the list,
but your serious evluation really explains why.
In my case, the screw-type clamp ate into my hoses and
ruined them, causing leaks. I wonder if spring-type
clamps would have done the same.
