Hi list...
    How can you tell if the fuel pressure regulator is bad?  I installed a
golf fuel injectors, rail, and fpr on my Tiico 2.0 - yes, they were all used
parts.  I did have the whole assembly cleaned before I installed them,
though.  Afterwards, I reset the computer to the 128 setting using the Ross
Tech software.  It ran great for a short time - ie 400 miles.  Now, it runs
like it is too rich.  Crappy idle, but it smooths out just as soon as you
touch the gas.  Also, very hard to start.  Tailpipe is sooty black so I know
it's too rich.  Any suggestions?
