Many thanks to all for the great advice and ideas I got in such a short
amount of time.

The van sits in the garage, and I am not wanting to drive it and get stuck
again. Usually, that paranoia goes away over time :-)

I am going to try the things that were recommended, and I assume that
since it runs fine at the moment, it is something along the lines of vapor
lock.

I did a compression test and they are all withing 100 - 110. Not great,
but at least within specs.

More to come when I get my life back.
