After carefully checking that my circuit breaker was bad I bought one from
Lorin Korkin of Torrance Ca.

Checked it, put it in, still no juice at the plug.

Carefully checked for voltage the whole way from the outlet to the breaker,
all good.

Put back in old breaker.

Plug works.

Once again the magnetic declination of the moons of Jupiter have scored big.

Anyone need a circuit breaker?
