I've been enjoying the list and the articles submitted. I've
especially thought it a "hoot" to read the thread concerning

placement of the battery. Who ever would have thought that

subject would evoke the responses made?

My question is not related to the mechanics of my vanagon,
however. I
would like to know if anyone has information, or can direct
me to the
proper spot, on Vanagon meets in the Blue Ridge mountain
area. I know
there was a recent meet near Boone, NC.  But my scouring of
the web
hasn't turned up any information on this at all. The only
thing I
found was for 1998. . .  a little out of date.

Any help would be appreciated.
