I can give a few addresses of parts dealers in Japan, in case anyone
wants to import their own used engine. Say a 280hp Impreza WRX STi
Type RA... (actuelly higher output than that,m I believe, but Subaru
listed it at 206kw (280hp) because of the "gentleman's agreement" to
hold power outputs th that limit...

I was offered one of these, WITH TRANS, for $1600US landed in NZ.
