Westys with out a sky light?

I just saw a foto (from above) of an 84 or 85 westy, what did not have a
skylight. It had the mold for where one would go, yet none was there.
Smooth, flat and tan.

I almost always associate skylights with westys, so this made me wonder,
were many made (or certain years) with out them? Such an easy way to allow
light and fresh air in, I was just really surprised not to see one.

Speak up. Who has a stock westy, no sky light?

It actually might not be too uncommon, I just hadn't imagined or seen it
before.

Just curious,
