Best ballcap I ever bought was the "Hemingway's Cap" from the (unfortunately) defunct J. Peterman Catalog. It is a canvas top, brass rivets/holes, and a deerskin covered bill that's about 2 1/2 times longer than the average cap. Makes other caps feel inadequate. Makes me look like a duck. Love it. Hope to never lose it. Should have bought two. And made in the good old US of A to boot. bmc :) "Faith will move mountains, but you'd better bring a shovel...." > From: Clive Smith <clive.harman-smith@NTLWORLD.COM> > Reply-To: Clive Smith <clive.harman-smith@NTLWORLD.COM> > Date: Fri, 30 Aug 2002 22:48:49 +0100 > To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM > Subject: Re: Swiss Army Knife of Campers > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Stan Wilder" <wilden1@JUNO.COM> > To: <vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM> > Sent: Friday, August 30, 2002 4:14 AM > Subject: Swiss Army Knife of Campers > > >> I cheated guys. >> I've got a baseball cap I got at the Swiss Army Knife Store (they got >> other stuff too, like Sharper Image). >> This is absolutely the best, finest, most well constructed baseball cap >> I've ever owned.
