This has been an interesting thread. I use a small terry towell folded over
once, set it on the grate above the burners and it acts as insulation
between that and the stainless drain panel....no rattle and it snugs/shims
the entire closed lid. I get more rattle from my teeth sitting over the
front wheel (not much) than the burner cover against the grate.
