I got pretty much the same tow hitch for FREE from a local dismantler. They
are only good for very smaller trailers. I put mine on to keep those careless
parallel parkers in San Francisco from banging up my nice chrome bumpers.

It is actually more accurate to say it's a "tow hitch". A "two bar" would be
something you would use with the tow hitch to pull a car or something.
