What did Auto Zone do that was so bad? Nothing, except try to offer the best price on parts. You never get more than you pay for. My waterpump has developed a bad bearing in its pulley wheel. Purchased new from AutoZone on Feb 22, 2002. Do I have the right to complain?.... After all, it was only $80. Keep those receipts. In my opinion AutoZone is acceptable, but realize better parts are available.
