Reservoir, working pump with wiring, filler neck with gommet, cap, and
mounting hardware.  Somehow one of the mounting tabs broke off while in
transport (AKA the trunk of my GTi).  Anyways, the broken tab is closely
neighbored by another tab so it should be fine.  I was really dispointed to
find out it was damaged.   $20?
