Go to a local car stereo shop and have them find a nice aftermarket
antenna that fits the van.  I think mine is from some toyota.  No mods are
needed.  The aftermarket toyota antenna is way nicer and more durable than
any vanagon antenna ive ever seen.  You won't have to pay more than $12.
