Subject: Redline gear lube
Hi,
I am a new owner of a 87 Westy GL. I want to change the gear oil &
have read the archives about Redline. I believe the general consensus
is that this stuff is better then dino gear lube. The only question I
have is which one do I use? MTL or MT-90? Can't seem to discern that
info or the difference between them. As this is my first water-cooled
VW I am sure I will have some more questions later. After 15 air-cooled
VWs, I have finally tried a water-pumper. Sure is quiet. Thanks for
any info.
