I recently repaired mine. The plastic, where the hose from the water tank connects, was completely broken from the bottom of the faucet. Had to pull the broken piece from inside the hose. I used ... cleaner for CPVC or PVC or ABS .. clear .. and multi-purpose cement for PVC, CPVC, ABS and "welded" it back together. If you do this ... just be careful that you don't get any of the cleaner or the cement in the area where the non-return valve seats. I reinstalled it the next day and it's been holding great since .... about a month, now. Good luck with yours, Mike '84 GL '85 Westy --- Gordy Jones <westyutah@YAHOO.COM> wrote: > I finally figured out the problem with my > sink/pump/faucet. the part of the faucet that sets > down in the hole, where the hoses are attached > underneath is cracked and completely separated from > the top part of the faucet. i don't know if that > makes sense but i am tempted to take it apart and > super glue it back together but i am not sure if > that would work.
