My 88 recently has developed a wiper issue.  Sometimes, when I use the wipers, they refuse to park when i cut them off. they just stop wherever they are. At the same time this is happening, if i turn the switch to intermittent, they just keep going with no hesitation.

Other times I turn them on, all is well.

What is happenning here?  Relay?
