Since this was under discussion recently I had to give it a try.  '86
westy, automatic trans, 265 lbs of passengers, water tank 1/3 full, propane
tank probably half full, gas tank 3/4 full.  2 mtn bikes on the back, and
plenty of the usual camping supplies.  I measured about 31 seconds to 60 on
the speedo.  I had the pedal all the way down, but not into the kickdown
position.  the 2-3 shift was right at 40mph.  I also kinda rolled it down
to the floor upon starting out, didn't just slam it open.
