Subject:(early Friday) RE: 2wd Double Cab & RHD single cab in SF may be for sale

Ben, you crack me up. What is significant about owning 7 as opposed to 5,
6, or 8?
I believe there are only two significant owner classes in this domain: those
of us who one 1 Vanagon, and those who own more-than-1.

Go for it. Don't pass up another chance! Unless of course the neighbors on
your cul-de-sac are complaining :-)

All in good humor, and early Friday...

Subject: 2wd Double Cab & RHD single cab in SF may be for sale

Hello all,

As many of you know, my Vanagon fleet has been rotated quite often. I just
sold my 87 Syncro GL yesterday and today there is already a substitute
sitting in my driveway. So here's the new list. I am still looking to reduce
the fleet. I am having buyer's remorse.

1989 16" Syncro Double Cab 1.6 td (semi-permanent fixture)
1987 Vanagon GL 2.1 wbx (my first and semi-permanent fixture)
1982 2wd RHD Single Cab 1.6 Rabbit engine (possibly for sale)
1985 2wd Double Cab 1.9 td (possibly of sale)
1990 non-GL Vanagon 2.1 wbx (possibly for sale)
1982 Vanagon GL 1.8 GTi stripped interior (possibly for sale)

See anything you like under the "possibly for sale" category? Pmail me and
let's talk. I will be out of touch away until Sunday though.

I need to sell because I just missed out on a nice 1982 Panel w/ a GTi
inline
4. Went for $4K. California titled and in San Francisco. I couldn't see
owning 7 Vanagons all at one time.
