Subject is a `82 Westy that sat for a couple of months.  There has been a
fairly substantial amount of rain recently in this area although there are
no known leaks. Now if I turn the windshield wipers on intermittent they
work normally. If I switch to either of the other two constant speeds the
fuse blows. Couldn't find anything in the archives. Anyone had a similar
problem or any suggestions?  Thanks.
