Rinse them out with marine stove alcohol. Of , course, do so away from open flames or sparks. Make sure the glass is completely dry before putting the bulbs in, or they will become flashbulbs. This gets rid of the cloudiness. Robert 1982 Westfalia ------ Marc Perdue Sunday, October 27, 2002 7:51 PM vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Can you clean the headlights? Obviously I've been saving up all of my questions for the past year or so! Sorry to take up so much bandwidth. I do remember that there was always a lot of talk about how wimpy the Vanagon headlights are and what alternatives, replacement bulbs and such, that were available to resolve this. I'm not quite ready to go that route, close but not quite, but I've noticed that the inside of my headlights look really cloudy. Is it possible to clean the insides of the headlights?
