I would check http://www.journeytoforever.org and sign up for the Bio
Fuels mail list.  I am currently a member and there are many
knowledgeable souls there that would probably have the info.  It's a
great list to be on if you are just starting out, and with fairly low
volume.  Unlike some lists I know.
