Listees and Gerry:  I'm having the same frustrations except I haven't
replaced the motor.  Got the arcing in the fuse black and wiggling the int.
relay eventually gets the wipers moving again.  Rear motor works
flawlessly.  Go figure.  David B, any ideas?
