Got a little more info on the syncro Vanagon I am thinking about selling.
It is actually an '87 instead of an '86.  It has a locking rear
differential.  It also is a 5 speed (1st gear is granny gear with 4 other
speeds).  Like I said I am asking $1500 for it as is (no motor).  If I have
to put a motor in it, I would probably want around $4000 for it (the body is
decent and the interior is in good shape.  It has A/C as well (the older
style where the evaporator housing is right behind the driver and passenger
