<P>I should have been more specific. While in there he replaces all fuel injector, the clutch etc, and it's a &nbsp;Syncro (additional welding). I think that is a good Idea anyway. Why use injectors with over 200K on a new engine.&nbsp;Don't know if that adds up to thff. in price. Guess you got a screamin deal. I trust my Mechanic though, and have us him for the past 5 year.&nbsp;He has done close to 20 of these conversions now.</P>

<DIV></DIV>&gt;"Price is $3990. plus shipping. Just paid for mine
<DIV></DIV>&gt;last week. Price for install at shop is $2555. That is
<DIV></DIV>&gt;out the door running and shipping is on his end."
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;I had my Tiico kit installed for $900 by a registered
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Tiico installer/mechanic, have a "registered Tiico
<DIV></DIV>&gt;installer do the job keeps the 12,000 mile warranty in
<DIV></DIV>&gt;tact. Install it yourself and you dont get the 12K
<DIV></DIV>&gt;mile warranty.....but things might be different now,
<DIV></DIV>&gt;check the Tiico homepage.
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt; $2550 sounds a little expensive

<DIV></DIV>&gt;total is about&nbsp;$6500. out the door. More
<DIV></DIV>&gt;important (to me) is the increase in power. I live in
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Colorado and my van struggles up the pass's. In a
<DIV></DIV>&gt;month or so Tiico is comming out with a chip and cam
<DIV></DIV>&gt;upgrade as well for about $350.&nbsp; Our 2.1 is 99hp-
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Tiico 118hp- after chip and cam upgrade
<DIV></DIV>&gt;about&nbsp;145hp!!
