Hi Dave,

The color of the left rear TS wire is black/white, right rear is black/green.

Black/red is brake.

Gray/black is left tail/side. Gray/red is right tail/side.

Back up is what's left.

Go for it!

ps: I've changed mine also as they were both faded and cracked cheap plastic.
