On further examination, in a description down lower in the page, the
title (translated from German, obviously) is shown as "VW T2/T3
Vanagon Camper Book." There's also one called "VW T4 EuroVan Build It
Yourself Camper Book." They're at http://www.eurocampers.com/ if you
want to see for yourself...

Still looking for anyone who has used the Vanagon instructions to put
a poptop in.
