Subject:Child Car Seat Restraining Strap in 86 Vanagon GL

Where is the best place to Ancor the child car seat restraining strap.
Usually a 3/8" bolt gets ancored to the body somewhere.

In the Vanagon though there is the overhead bin above, and there is the
foamy below.  Suggestions anyone?
