re, rear heater removal

   Mine's history and we don't miss it.  Always leaked a bit and I
treasure the extra storage space.  I also duct taped the footwell vents
closed years ago, (noisy air leakage) and have never bothered to remove
it.  Still gots plenty heat from the defroster and dash vents.
