I was helped by a then-listee in Cape Town, who volunteered. He sent
a pair of kits here by mail... one for me, one for a fellow in
Auckland.

I asked (a couple of times) my contact if he'd be willing to do it
for others, but he never replied.

The cost included $50NZ from each of us for his trouble.
