At start, with NO initial throttle or revving, all of the led's including battery do go out. Also, when I start up w/o revving, the battery DOES seem to get charged if I do not run the heater fans. (I was not running the electric defroster on the rear window when this occurred). When the engine "catches" it will initially go to 1800+- RPM's for a second before dropping into an idle a smidgen below 1000, and does that without any throttle. This is a Tiico I-4. Maybe the battery is getting a little old, but other than this, it had been fine, and once underway, charged up. I will get it tested anyway. When it would not start the middle, yellow, led light in the camper battery display lit up when checked. -Steve
